How the Pasteurization Tank Works

This pasteurization tank uses water bath heating for safe, uniform, and efficient pasteurization.
Here is how it operates:

 

Heating Principle 

The tank adopts water bath heating to ensure even heat distribution. The heating rod warms the water bath, which transfers heat gently and uniformly to the inner tank holding the liquid, avoiding local overheating.

 

Temperature

 ControlIt uses a PID temperature control system to precisely adjust and maintain temperature in the range from room temperature up to 99°C. You can set and hold target temperatures accurately.

 

Standard Working Process

Follow these recommended pasteurization cycles:

Heat to 60°C and hold for 30 minutes

Heat to 70°C and hold for 30 minutes

Heat to 80°C and hold for 20 minutes

Heat to 85°C and hold for 10 minutes

 

Cooling Stage

After heating and holding, the tank uses water cooling to bring the temperature down quickly and safely.

 

Drainage & Discharge

The drain outlet connects to a hightemperature hose for safe discharge of treated liquid.
